  39. This seems to be a timing problem.  It seems that QWS3270 issues its first 
  40. winsock call before the winsock routines have been initialized.  I am 
  41. currently in the process of trying to change the initialization sequence of 
  42. QWS3270 in an attempt to solve this problem.  This problem does not happen 
  43. with other winsock stacks (Trumpet and PC/TCP).
